Zhongyi soft starter helps iron and steel enterprises to clean production
On April 22, 2024, the engineers of our after-sales service department cooperated with the commissioning of a batch of ZYR6 Soft Starters at the customer site of a well-known steel plant.
ZYR6 soft starter, based on the company's more than 15 years of product user experience and nearly 2 years of market research, we have gone through many times of design detail communication, mold design adjustment and soft starter software and hardware comprehensive upgrade and improvement. Finally, our product was launched with the new ZYR6 bypass intelligent soft starter after the customer trial was confirmed.
ZYR6 bypass soft starter is suitable for three-phase AC asynchronous motor, and this soft starter is a device type. The products can be widely used in fans, pumps, conveying and heavy-duty machinery and equipment, and are ideal replacement products for traditional star-delta starting, auto-coupling step-down starting, and controlled step-down starting equipment. The soft starter is led out of the primary terminal, which is conducive to installation and reduces failure; The secondary terminal is detachable for wiring and after-sales service.
The total investment of the project is 15 billion yuan, and the annual output of excellent special steel is expected to reach 8 million tons. The project adopts imported new high-efficiency scrap preheating electric arc furnace, refining furnace, continuous casting machine, high-speed rolling mill and ESP coil production process.
