Recently, we paid a return visit to CNNC 404 Co., Ltd., and our Inverters are running well on the company's two production lines.

The Vfd we supply belongs to ZYV800 series, the product power is three-phase 2 Hp VFD,3 Hp VFD, 5 Hp VFD,40 Hp VFD, 75 Hp VFD, 120 Hp VFD, 180 Hp VFD, which is used in production line transportation, fan exhaust and other working conditions.ZYV800 series Ac Drive, the core control layer of the motor, combines vector control and VF control technology, the output torque can reach 0.25Hz/150%, and the product starts smoothly. The control modes include open-loop vector control, closed-loop vector control, and V/F control. The maximum frequency of the inverter is 500Hz. The inverter has a built-in simple PLC and can achieve 16 speed operation. The frequency converter has a built-in PID, which can easily realize the process control. The inverter has the function of instantaneous power failure without stopping.

ZYV800 series Frequency Drive can be used in machine tools, air compressors, fans, water pump，central air conditioners, mixers, crushers, conveyor belts, feeders, injection molding machines, wire drawing machines and other supporting industries, with simple operation and good quality stability.
